As 2025 comes to a close, the team at Oak Realty has taken time to reflect on the many successes we’ve achieved throughout the year. We are proud to have assisted so many buyers and sellers who placed their trust in Oak Realty, allowing us to support them throughout their real estate journey.

Buying or selling a home is an important milestone, and although it can be tough at times, it was a privilege for our real estate firm to guide countless clients through this process.

Oak Realty’s Key Milestones in 2025

2025 was a year in which we hit many milestones and was filled with endless unforgettable moments throughout.

Several standout events made the year one to remember, including the launch of our book Home Sweet Sold, written by Pamela Bathen and Steve Greenberg. The occasion was marked by an official launch party celebrating its release on Amazon, which attracted many attendees. Beyond that, several national publications shared Pamela’s sage advice, including the Boston Globe, Real Simple, and Metrowest Daily News.

We were also featured at several other major events, including Downtown After Dark, The Haunt, and the YMCA Dream Big Gala. In addition, we were delighted to take part in numerous groundbreaking and ribbon-cutting ceremonies that had a positive economic impact on the communities we serve. 

Adding to an already successful year, Steve and Pam were recently named Ashland Bright Lights for 2025. This recognition highlights the meaningful impact Oak Realty had on this lovely pocket of Massachusetts.
