Walls and ceilings do not define a property search, but are rather the main supporting system for the property that will ultimately be that which you call home, work, or investment. I have called many places home throughout my life, from ocean to city to the mountains and back again, understanding both rural and urban environments. I believe that every real estate purchase or sale is connected with a turning point in life and that every transaction is unique and personal. I view properties through a unique lens of education, training and research. My knowledge base includes completion of the Graduate, REALTOR Institute® (GRI, National Association of Realtors), and recognitions in real estate spheres including seniors specialist, resort and second home properties, seller representation and diversity. I integrate function into real estate through training in community development, planning, mediation and land use, further supported by serving as a planning board member and becoming a graduate of the Land Use Leadership Alliance Training Program (Pace University School of Law/Land Use Law Center). My prior REALTOR® positions have been with Weichert, Realtors and Coldwell Banker franchises. I broaden the context of real estate through research in integrating space and place design into daily life whether at home, work, play, or as an investment.
